            Hi All!

We’re thrilled to announce that Jira Service Management Virtual Service Agent has officially landed on Microsoft Teams in its Beta version! We’d like to invite you to be among the first to experience the AI-powered support solution. Here’s what you need to know about next steps:

            • Accessing the feature: Please send us an email to schakravarthy@atlassian.com with the Tenant ID for your Microsoft Teams instance and Cloud ID for your Jira Service Management site. Alternatively, you can share the details on this ticket. To find the Team Tenant ID, go to one of your Teams channels, click the three dots, click "Get link to channel". In this link you will find the TenantID value we need. Once our team has enabled the virtual agent for your project, you will be able to turn on AI Answers and start creating intents.
            • Providing feedback: Throughout the course of the beta we’d like to connect with you periodically to hear about your experience, share feature updates, and get your feedback. Keep an eye out for an invite to a Jira Service Management project – we’ll use that to stay in touch. You’re also welcome to schedule a call with the product team using this link at any time.

We look forward to hearing from you and getting you started!

Any chance there is a demo or Q&A session scheduled around this new feature? My team has been playing around with it and like what we see, but we would love to learn more about where it is heading.

We are thrilled to announce that JSM Virtual Service Agent in Microsoft Teams is now in General Availability!

JSM Premium and Enterprise customers who use MS Teams in their organisation can now create and connect the Virtual Service Agent within their Teams instance, where help seekers can ask Assist their question in a private DM experience and get AI-powered help to self serve their own solution.

            Hi,

any news on this topic would be great, as we would like to test the virtual agent in MS Teams for our users.

We are invested in Jira, and I would like to see this done. I would hate to have to explore other options or move away from Jira because other applications can provide a virtual agent.

b626b4c1deb5 , any chance to share already a concrete release date (or quarter) in 2024? Wondering why it is in status "Gathering Interest", this status would rather speak against an already agreed release date.
