    Description

      It will be good if there was an ability to build different request types using the dynamic forms, including the dependency on the key fields to build the form. For e.g, If a user selects 'IT Service Desk' from Portal and then selects a form to 'Report an Incident' a form with key fields is presented, and then depending on the System selection remainder of the form is built.
