When profile language is non-English, the create modal shows Request types in English

      Issue Summary

      Translated custom fields are not displayed in Create issue (Modal) when translated fields are set (matching the user's profile set language value).

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Select a non-English language in your profile settings.
      2. Click Create, select a Project with language support setup for the language used in the profile settings. 
      3. Select an existing Request Type (With translated fields setup for that request type)
      4. Select Use request type fields

      Expected Results

      The Custom Fields with translations should be displayed in the language the user has set in their profile (Matching the translated fields in Project settings > Language support > [Language]), example screenshots:

      The custom fields below the option 'Use request type fields' are displayed in English.

      None at this time.

            Thank you for previously raising this bug and bringing it to our attention.

            Within our company roadmap and work capacity, we try to address or review each bug request but admit that not each one will be resolved.
