      Issue Summary

If a customer submits an email with a backslash on its subject, JSM's mail processor is unable to create the request.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Submit emailed request to a project
      2. have a \ on the subject of the email

      Expected Results

The email is processed and request is created.

      Actual Results

The request creation fails with the following message on the incoming mail logs:

Your request could not be created. Please check the fields have been correctly filled in. Please provide a valid value for field 'Subject'

      Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. The email request must be submitted without a backslash on its subject.
