Issue Summary
KB articles are not scrollable till the end of the page using the Mobile browser in the customer portal. It doesn't scroll to the end of the page "Did this article help?" that's beneath the KB frame and needs to be scrolled down using the browser's scroll instead of the KB article to view the complete page.
Steps to Reproduce
- Search a KB article in the Customer Portal using the Mobile browser
- Try scrolling to the end of the page.
Suggested Solution
Improve the KB article scroll in the Mobile browser to enhance the experience.
