Incorrect/confusing translations fixed by localization team. Text appearing in English is a product bug as translations exists.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. In any JSM product, click product setting -> Language support.
      2. In Language support, add Chinese(China)
      3. Click Chinese(China) to see sample translations.

A lot of translation are missing here:

      1. In Request type groups: Logins and Accounts, Applications, Servers and Infrastructure
      2. In Components: All but Billing Services
      3. In Emailed request: Body

Also there are 6 wrong/confusing translations:

      1. Request received from your email support channel.

      2. Get assistance for general IT problems and questions.

      3. Raise a request to ask for temp wifi access for guests.

      4. Get a guest wifi account

      5. For example, a new mouse or monitor.

      6. Just confirming that we got your request. We're on it.

I understand that most of the translations are editable by customers so that they can correct them. But from a customer's point of view when I see a lot of text are not translated at all and some texts are totally wrong(how can wifi translated to wikipedia account?). I feel not respected and start to question the professionalism of Atlassian. The customer experience is inconsistent.
