Issue Summary

Currently, the approvers workflow step allows Assignee and Reporter to be excluded from approving requests. This is the result of the implementation of the following feature request: JSDCLOUD-6249.

In certain scenarios, administrators may want to further restrict who can approve a request, such as preventing agents from doing so, including agents who are not the assignee of the issue.

Suggestion

Allow users a wider selection of roles and groups to select within the approval step for exclusion.
