Ability to have multiple Agent channels per project for JSM Chat

      As of now, each project can only have one triage channel in Slack. However, the same project may be used by agents with different scopes of work, which handle specific request types.

      That said, it would be relevant to have the ability to create multiple Agent channels connected to the same project and have the ability to select which request types each channel englobe.
