Implement audit log for tracking changes to Request Types and Forms

      Hi all,

      We are very excited to let you know that the request type is now available in the audit logs. Customers can see it in Admin Hub Audit Logs (On admin page > Security > Audit Log). This feature is available only to enterprise customers.

      Problem Definition

      At this time, Jira can only capture the Creation and Deletion of request types and does not have auditing capabilities when JSD Request Types and Forms are edited. Administrators would like to know when Request Types are edited or when the forms have fields edited as well.

      Suggested Solution

      Implement auditing capabilities on JSD features such as Request Types and Request Forms, containing information like when changes were made, who made the changes, and what the contents of the changes were.
