      Problem Definition

Due date-centric SLA format is displayed in 12 hours format. Currently, it is not possible to configure the SLA format to a due date-centric display using 24 hours format as shown below

      Suggested Solution

Please provide the ability to switch between 12 hours or 24 hours format for the Due date-centric display SLA format. The SLA format should also be referring to the Look and Feel of the Jira Configuration.

      Why this is important

It would be great if this feature implement because some of the customers are using 24 hours format

Oddly enough, our company is US based and our SLA in JSM displays as 24hr time... any idea on how to switch it to AM/PM format?

I would say this is a Bug and not a Suggestion. The way SLA's are displayed should be in accordance with the settings in Look and Feel, just like every other date/time field.

This should be implemented ASAP. Here in Europe we use 24h format!

SLA timeformat is AM/PM only, this means you are completely ignoring European clients.

            Thanks.

Honestly, I'm a bit disappointed that this has not been taken into account when developing this new feature last year. Very important for customers not using 12h notation, which is used in the vast majority of the world.
