this feature https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-5878 was recently released, and one of our teams loves it as the plain text emails work fine having the signature being cut off by a specific character/word, but we have another team who hates it and would like to have it (both plain text and signature cut off by character) turned off. This needs to be per project or project category not global.
