The ability to link the alerts submitted by automation to the ticket automatically

    Description

      Currently, it is not possible to link alerts submitted by automation (and thus from Opsgenie's point of view unrelated to the original alert created by JSM legacy integration when the JSM ticket was raised) to the ticket automatically. There seems to be a way to do this since an agent can open up the linked alerts screen and search for alerts to link. So, it would be great to be able to link some alerts automatically based on some criteria.
