People custom field yields no results on Team-managed JSM Project's queue filter

      Issue Summary

      Team-managed JSM Project's queue filter cannot search for any users with people custom field.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a custom "People" field
      2. Go to queue's filter settings and add the custom field in the filter

      Expected Results

      Searching for users yields results

      Actual Results

      Searching for users does not yield any results

      Workaround

      Use JQL instead of basic search
