Downloadable attachment link doesn't work when it is added by Automation in public comment

      Issue Summary

      This is related to JSDCLOUD-3371, it is noticed that when the comment with an attachment is added via Automation then the secured link sent in the email doesn't let the customer download the file just by clicking on the link. The customer is redirected to the portal to make a login first.

      Steps to Reproduce

      • Create an automation rule to copy the last attachment added and add it in the public comment as shown below:


      Expected Results

      The customer notification should have a secured link that should download the attachment when the customer clicks on it (without logging in).

      Actual Results

      The link appears in the notification but the customer is redirected to the portal when he/she clicks on it and the attachment doesn't get downloaded automatically. Please check the video attached below:

      Workaround

      No workaround as such. The customer needs to make a login to the customer portal and then view the attachment,
