      Users can download a form as a PDF or XLSX file.

      • from issue : PDF or XLSX
      • from Customer Portal : only PDF

      Suggestion

      It would be great if we can disable download or add XLSX downloading to "Customer portal". Because forms(containing multibyte characters) can not be exported by PDF correctly.
