When issue created and commented via email , and it contain attachment with file name contain / character , the image failed to load in Description and comment field

Issue Summary

When the issue was created and commented via email , and it contain attachment with file name contain / character , the image failed to load in Description and comment field.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Save an image and save a name with _abc_1.png
2. Compose an email with the image as attachment and send to JSM email request.
3. Repeat the same action, but this round send email to add comment to existing issue.

Expected Results

The image successfully attached and load in the issue

Actual Results

The image failed to render :-

Workaround

Edit the file name and remove all the special character , including / . Then, send the attachment again.
