Issue Summary
Users with a JSM license but not added as an agent, cannot browse for Insight objects with reporter FIS on the customer portal
Steps to Reproduce
- Setup an Insight field and add it to the customer portal.
- Configure the Insight field with FIS using ${reporter} placeholder
- Add a user with a JSM license as a customer to a JSM project. The user should not have agent permission in the project.
- Browse the objects from the portal as an agent on behalf of the user who is not agent
- Browse the objects as the user with a Jira license but not added as an agent
Expected Results
The user can browse the Insight objects in the Insight field
Actual Results
The user cannot browse the Insight objects unless provided with agent permission:

The issue only impacts users with a Jira license but does not have agent permission
Workaround
As an agent, use the Raise a request on behalf of option on the portal or add the users as agent
