When trying to use the Windows key combination CTRL + <Enter> (which is the key combination that submits a form) to submit Internal Comments on Service Desk issues, the page is refreshed but the comment is not added to the issue. Additionally, the comment text box is cleared and the user looses the text he had entered.
It was reported by a customer and reproduced on Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise SP1, IE 11 v. 11.0.9600.17358.
