      Issue Summary

      Child value set as empty while transitioning a ticket within a JSM Queue

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a cascading field that has two level values.
      2. Add this field to a screen that is used on a workflow transition.
      3. Start the transition within a JSM Queue
      4. Set a value for the "parent" and "child" value for the field created on step one.

      Expected Results

      The ticket should be transitioned and keep both values selected.

      Actual Results

      The ticket is transitioned but the "child" value is empty.

      Also, if we have a workflow validator the transition it will fail.

      Workaround

      Access the ticket and then make a transition from there instead of doing it from the queue itself.
