Description
NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Cloud. Using JIRA Service Desk Server? See the corresponding suggestion.
Currently we can only use the "Raise this request on behalf of" field if we are using the agent based license.
It would be great to have this feature for the non-agent based license as well.
