ability to prevent taking CSAT survey more than once

    • Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.

      Currently Jira Service management allows the customer to complete the CSAT survey multiple times, therefore ,allowing the customer to change his score and comments at any time.

      Looking for ability to restrict/limit the survey to be taken only once
