Issue Summary

Jira keeps asking other group members for approval even though the required number of group members have provided approval

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a multi-group picker custom field and
2. Configure approval on this multi-group picker field to require 1 approval per group
3. Add 
   • userA,userB to group G1
   • userC to group G2
4. Create a ticket with the groups G1 and G2 as approver groups
5. As userA approve the ticket. We now only require 1 approval from G2 group members now
6. Login as userB and view the ticket

Expected Results

The ticket should no longer ask the userB for approval because the userA provided the necessary approval from G1

Actual Results

The ticket is still asking for approval from userC part of G2

Workaround

There is no workaround at this time
