Issue Summary

Jira keeps asking a user for approval who is removed from the approval group

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a multi-group picker custom field and
2. Configure approval on this multi-group picker field to require 1 approval per group
3. Add user1 to group G1 and user1,user2 to G2
4. Create a ticket with the groups G1 G2 as approver groups
5. As user2 Approve the ticket, the approval is still required from user1 in G1 
6. Remove the user1 from G1
7. Refresh the ticket 

Expected Results

The ticket should no longer ask the user1 for approval because the user1 does not exist in the G1 and approval for G2 is already provided by user2

Actual Results

The ticket is still asking the user1 for approval

Notes

If user1 decides to click on Approve, the ticket is stuck on "Submitting Approval"

Adding user1 back to G1 doesn't seem to fix the problem.
