Description
The old issue view by default does not display a custom field if empty. On the new issue view, we can configure to hide fields when empty, but if the field is available for the customer on the form we can't hide that field if empty.
Suggestion
Would be nice to have the option to hide the fields in case they are empty even if they are displayed in the portal
