Service Desk Customer role possibility to export all tickets from portal

      Hello Atlassian team,

      I would like to suggest that you implement the possibility for Service Desk customers to export all of their tickets in their respective Service Desk customer portal.

       Me and my colleagues feel that it is very basic feature that other support tools offer out of the box.

      I am aware there is an add on that is available for this in the marketplace, however once again it is a really basic feature that should be available out of the box.
