Issues linked to an object with Automation or CSV Import do not reflect on the Connected Issues section of the object

      Issue Summary

      Link the Insight object to Jira issues using the Automation or CSV import method, it updates the Insight object in the issue successfully but doesn't update the Jira issue in Connected Jira issues at the Insight object end.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Try to update the Insight object in the Jira issue using the Automation rule or by doing a CSV import 

      Expected Results

      The Jira issue should be displayed in the "Connected Jira issues" section of the Insight object.

      Actual Results

      These issues are not displayed even though the object is linked to the Jira issue.

       

      Workaround

      No workaround at this moment.
