      Issue Summary

Unable to hide hidden request types from the Requests > Created by me tab of the portal

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Navigate to Request Types under a project and hide a Request Type
      2. Navigate to Portal > Requests > Created by me

      Expected Results

The Request types shouldn't be visible.

      Actual Results

Hidden request types are still visible under Requests > Created by me.

This is expected behavior as mentioned in JSDCLOUD-8950.
When a request type is hidden from the portal, customers won’t be able to create new tickets on that specific request type, but if they are the reporter of existing tickets, they can view it on “My requests”.

It also happens, for example, if an agent creates a ticket on behalf of the customer using a request type hidden from the portal. The customer will view the ticket under “My requests” and the hidden request type will show as an option for them to filter the ticket.
