Issue Summary

The Request Types do not get sorted alphabetically on the Issue View

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to any Issue and try editing the Request Type field
2. The Request Types are not sorted alphabetically or in any manner

Expected Results

The Request Types should be sorted alphabetically

Actual Results

The Request Types are sorted in a random manner.

Workaround

Associate one Request Type with an Issue Type so there is only one Request Type available to be selected from the list.
