Issue Summary

Unable to set or edit SLA time goals in JSM projects with Personal Settings > Language set to Russian

Steps to Reproduce

1. Change  Personal Settings > Language to Russian
2. Try updating time goal of any SLA

Expected Results

Able to save the SLA goal

Actual Results

Getting the below error:

Цели могут оставаться пустыми, или их необходимо определить в соответствии со следующим форматом: 4 часа 30 минут

Meaning : Goals may remain empty, or they must be determined in accordance with the following format: 4 hours 30 minutes

Workaround

1. Go to User Profile
2. Change Preferences language to English (UK)
3. Go back to SLA page and edit the time . Then update it.
4. Change back the profile language to Russian.
