      It would be great if we would be able to specify a sub category of a request type. For example:

      • Technical Support
        • Connection problem
        • Installation
      • Sales Support
        • Billing
        • Licenses
        • Renewals
        • Promotions

      This can be useful in filtering the request types in a more efficient manner.
