Assets Automation: Ability to append Assets objects when using the Edit issue action

      Problem Definition

      At this time when we edit an issue to update the Insight objects, automation will replace the current list of objects. For other Jira fields, we have an option to append the new values using the new value along with the copy from issue option: 

      Suggested Solution

      Allow Automation to append Insight objects when using the Edit issue action just like other Jira fields

            If you configure your Insight customer field to accept multiple objects, it populates with multiple objects in this action. The wording here should be better, ie. tell people that they can configure their Insight custom fields to accept multiple values.
