      Update 8th July 2022:

      Hello everyone,

Thanks for your continued interest and feedback. We understand the strong demand for this feature and are actively working towards a solution. We also appreciate the delay in communication and will provide more regular updates moving forward.

As a first step, we are planning to make the import APIs available on Forge in order to allow integrations for Insight Cloud to be built and distributed via Marketplace. From there we are also planning to build a number of integrations ourselves, and are continuing to review customer demand and impact.

Unfortunately we aren’t in a position to share timelines just yet, but we will provide an update and ETA as soon as possible.

      Thank you again,

      Problem Definition

At the moment, Insight import only allow CSV, JSON and Discovery type. It will be great if there are options to import data from Atlassian Access user profile to Insight

      Suggested Solution

Option to import data from Atlassian Access profile data.

      Workaround

Create custom script to extract the Atlassian Access data via REST API and create Object to Insight via REST API
