Customer would like the ability to search the audit log of a particular rule (all set up on Classic)to troubleshoot. How to identify a specific time Frame of audit logs or event.
Automatically see or monitor/manage if a rule is enable or disabled.
IMPACT This is too manual right now that investigating it can take up so much time they may miss an SLA (impact the end customer as well as company KPIs)
