Problem Definition
As an agent in an IT Service Desk project you will receive many request. Maybe there will be request which are out of scope of the IT Service Desk team (e.g. HR related). The HR team which can help has an own Service Desk project. In this case your IT Service Desk agent is in the customer role in the HR project.
To help the initial customer who put his request in the wrong project the IT Service Desk Agent can only say "Thanks for your request we close this issue because it's HR related. Please go to there project".
Suggested Solution
It would be great to have the ability to move an issue from the IT project to e.g. HR project.
Add an action to move to another Service Desk project. It opens a wizard. Then you choose the project, the request type, option to map a IT Service Desk input field to HR input field and give the agent the option to add the needed fields that the HR request type needs.
