Unable to add the "Linked issue matches" condition

      Summary

      The "Linked issue matches" automation condition cannot be added

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a new automation rule of type Update incident when linked problem transitions
      2. Edit the preexisting Linked issue matches rule or add a new one

      Expected Results

      One should be able to select options to match

      Actual Results

      The following message appears: This condition could not be loaded.
      And the following appears in the browser's console:
