Unable to add the "Issue matches" condition

    Description

      The "Issue matches" automation condition cannot be added.

      Steps to Reproduce

      Create a new automation rule of type Custom rule.
      Add a condition and select "Issue matches"

      Expected Results

      One should be able to select options to match

      Actual Results

      The following message appears: This condition could not be loaded.

      Workaround

      No workaround at the moment.
