Provide option to filter out issues by Customer Portal in "My Requests" page

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Server. Using JIRA Service Desk Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Currently we don't have a way to filter out issues belonging to a particular Customer Portal in the "My Requests" page. They are showing up all together and it makes more difficult to find particular issues.

      Checklist:

      1. provide option to filter issues according to Service Desks (Customer Portals)
      2. provide option to filter issues according to Request Types
      3. improve option to filter issues according to Status (in addition to Open and Closed), Priority or other fields

      We released the ability to filter by request type, service desk and open/close on JIRA Service Desk 3.1.0-OD-10.
