I suggest that you add possibility to save information about time spent in issue on 'resolve' screen.
Now I have to got to "Log work done", put spent time and then resolve issue. This is good if issue is 'big' and this option should stay. Sometimes issue is quick resolved and you want just close it and save information about time spent...
