My team uses the "issues in progress" configuration on their dashboard in order to track tasks they need to work on.

Project Management also uses it to snapshot what work the team is currently pursuing.

We would like to see if there is a way to change the status of an item to "in progress" when work is logged.

I see this as a check-box on the work-logged page, or a possible workflow.

We'd also like to see if this can support the workflow condition (when this condition is enabled) where a user must be the "assignee" in order to start progress by auto-assigning the issue to the user logging the work.
