Issue Summary

Clicking outside the transition screen will dismiss it, resulting in the loss of any content that was added during the transition.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open an issue within a Service Project while logged in as an agent.
2. Attempt to perform a valid workflow transition on the issue by navigating to the workflow menu and choosing a transition that includes a screen for updating fields or adding a comment.
3. When the transition screen appears, click outside the transition screen popup

Expected Results

The Transition screen must remain unchanged.

Actual Results

The transition screen has disappeared, and any comments that were added have also been lost.

Workaround

Avoid clicking outside the transition window.
