Issue Summary

Pressing enter when on a transition screen causes the Edit screen to go away and the UI to turn grey

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open an issue within a Service Project while logged in as an agent.
2. Attempt to perform a valid workflow transition on the issue by navigating to the workflow menu and choosing a transition that includes a screen for updating fields or adding a comment.
3. When the transition screen appears, do not select any fields, and press the Enter key.

Expected Results

The Transition will be processed by adding no Comments and modifying no Fields

Actual Results

The transition screen will close, along with the page overlay, leaving the issue unchanged and the whole UI with a grey overlay

Workaround

Avoid this behavior click the UI to complete as normal
