      Issue Summary

The @mentioned user in a resulting notification of an existing comment being edited is rendered as lower_user_name and user_key instead of the display name as expected. Conversely when adding a new comment containing an @mention the resulting notification displays the user's display name as expected.

This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a new ticket
      2. Add a comment with just text. For example "new comment added"
      3. Save comment.
      4. Wait 2 minutes
      5. Edit the comment and add a users name using the html tag. For example "@username"
      6. Save comment.
      7. Look for the email sent to user.
      8. The emails related to this one comment will only display the username/userkey.Expected Results

      Expected Results

The notification triggered would include the @mentioned user's display name like we see when a new comment is added.

      Actual Results

      The @mentioned user's lower_user_name/user_key is displayed.

      Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
