Issue Summary

Similar to the issue observed on https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-75903, however, observed with Custom field 'Select list (Single Choice)' or 'Select list (Multiple choices)', instead of the Versions field.

Similar behavior is observed on Checkbox type custom field with more than 100 options.

This is reproducible on Data Center: Yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a custom field "Sel1" using 'Select list (Multiple choices)' (could be also Single choice or Checkbox)
2. Add the new field to your projects and screens
3. Add more than 100 options to the list
4. Navigate to the Issue Search and use the Basic View
5. Expand the more menu and Select the field "Sel1"
6. Select 2 values from the list
7. Update the dropdown list, reopen, and observe that both values are listed in the highlight (hover the sel1 field) and also at the top of the list
8. The list was truncated, only the 100 initial values were presented. Manually type one option that is not presented in the dropdown list
9. Update the dropdown list, reopen, and observe that all values are listed in the highlight, but only the first two (from the list of 100) were listed as checked at the top of the list
10. Do a change on the actual issue type selection
11. Observe the impact on the Select field "Sel1"

Expected Results

All values are listed in the highlight, but only the first two (from the list of 100) were listed as checked at the top of the list. 

Actual Results

Observe that now the highlight only shows the first two options and the last option selected (out of the 100 listed items) was cleared out. 

Workaround

It is not possible to disable the new Picker introduced on Jira 9.2.

Use Advanced Search to ensure the custom field values are selected.
