Create issue: Success notification is not accessible for keyboard & screen reader users.

    Issue Summary

    The contents of success notification which appears after creating a new ticket is not accessible for Keyboard & screen reader users.

    Steps to Reproduce

    1. Navigate inside "Create issue" dialog.
    2. Fill in required input fields & activate "create" button.
    3. Observe that a success notification appears on the page but dismisses automatically after some time.

    Actual Results

    Although the notification message (which appears when user create a new ticket) is announced by the screen reader the contents inside the popup such as Issue link & close button aren’t accessible for keyboard & screen reader users because it dismisses automatically after sometime & users can navigate inside it.

    Expected Results

    The contents inside the notification popup should be accessible for Keyboard & screen reader users. The notification should not be dismissed automatically & should stay available on the page until users explicitly close it by activating "close button".

    As soon as the notification appears, the focus should be set on the first interactive element inside the notification popup.

    OR

    Alternatively, set focus to the notification popup to ensure that the contents of notification is announced by the screen reader.

    Workaround

    Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
