Backlog page : Buttons such as "VERSIONS" and "EPICS" are keyboard inaccessible

      Issue Description

      On "Backlog" page there are buttons such as "VERSIONS" and "EPICS" present in main content area are keyboard inaccessible.

      STR

      1. Navigate to "Backlog" link present in left navigation menu and activate it.
      2. Navigate to "VERSIONS" and "EPICS" button present in main content area with Tab key and observe it doesn’t receive focus.

      Actual Behaviour

      Keyboard support is missing for "VERSIONS" and "EPICS" button due to which keyboard only and screen reader users cannot access the button and the functionality associated with it unavailable for them.

      Expected Behaviour

      The buttons such as "VERSIONS" and "EPICS" should receive focus with keyboard "Tab" key. Moreover these buttons should get executed with "Space" and "Enter" key.

      Ensure that all the page functionality is available for all users irrespective of the device being used.

      Modify the scripts to ensure that the button is accessible with a keyboard as well as a mouse to make the functionality accessible for keyboard-only and screen reader users. Move the focus to the updated content on user interaction.
