Backlog Refinement : Inaccessible by keyboard and no conforming alternate

Issue Summary

The following elements are not accessible by keyboard alone and there is no conforming accessible version of the same functionality reachable from the non-conforming page.

Element 1: Versions and epics

Element 2: Issues without versions

Element 3: Edit sprint

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the Jira dashboard page.
2. Navigate to "Projects" menu button in header section & activate it.
3. Select a project.
4. After selecting a project , its dashboard will appear, on the left side panel navigate to "Backlogs".
5. Navigate to the "VERSIONS" and "EPICS" list link in the main content area. (Present under the Backlog search input field.)

Element 2: Issues without versions

1. Navigate to the Jira dashboard page.
2. Navigate to the "Projects" menu button in the header section & activate it.
3. Select a project.
4. After selecting a project, its dashboard will appear, on the left side panel navigate to "Backlogs".
5. Navigate to the "VERSIONS" and "EPICS" list links in the main content area. (Present under the Backlog search input field.)
6. Navigate to the "Issues without versions" interactive element.

Element 3: Edit sprint

1. Navigate to the Jira dashboard page.
2. Navigate to the "Projects" menu button in the header section & activate it.
3. Select a project.
4. After selecting a project, its dashboard will appear, on the left side panel navigate to "Backlogs".
5. Navigate to the "Edit" sprint link in the main content area.

Actual Results

Element 1: Versions and epics

In the "Backlog" dashboard , the "VERSIONS" and "EPICS" list buttons are not accessible with keyboard alone and screen reader , whereas they are expanded on mouse click.

Element 2: Issues without versions

In the "Backlog" dashboard , after expanding the "VERSIONS" and "EPICS" list buttons , "Issues without versions" and "All issues" interactive elements are not accessible with keyboard alone and screen reader , whereas they interactive on mouse click.

This makes keyboard-only users difficult to access the link present in Backlog dashboard.

Expected Results

Element 1: Versions and epics

Following are the expected keyboard interactions.

• The element should receive Keyboard as well as Screen reader focus.
• After activating the "Versions" and "Epics" the expanded states should  be announced by the screen reader.

Element 2: Issues without versions

Following are the expected keyboard interactions.

• The element should receive Keyboard as well as a Screen reader focus.
• After activating the "Issues without version" the dynamic changes should be announced by the screen reader.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available.
