Issue Summary

When using keyboard, it is not possible to reach the Versions or Epics options in the Board's Backlog view.

Environment
MacOS/Chrome 92.0.4515.131/Firefox 90.0.1 (64-bits)
Windows/Firefox 90.0.2 (64-bits)

Steps to Reproduce

• Open a board, for instance, using the keyboard shortcut 'g' + 'a';
• Press <tab> or <shift><tab> to navigate up to the 'Versions' option to expand the panel;
• Press <tab> to nagivate to the 'Epics' option to expand the panel.

Expected Results

• It should be possible to reach 'Versions' and 'Epics' options with the keyboard and hit <Enter> to expand the panel

Actual Results

• It is not possible to receive focus on "Versions" and "Epics" so it is not possible to expand the panel
• There is no keyboard shortcut available.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
