Issue Summary

There will be an error shown on the screen when adding an attachment to issue but the attachment is added successfully.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create Issue using More under the main Issue type task
2. In the Description, add an attachment
3. And click Create, the screen will show "There is 1 error in this form

Expected Results

1. There should not have this warning error as the attachment is attached successfully.

Actual Results

1. This error is being throw to the screen which is misleading to customer
   

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
