Uploading attachment on "Create Issue" form results with an error "There is 1 error in this form"

Issue Summary

Uploading attachment on "Create Issue" form results with an error "There is 1 error in this form".

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new issue using "Create" button
2. Add new attachment either:
   • Using the attachment button (Description field) or
   • Using the browse button / drag and drop in the Attachments field

Expected Results

The attachment is added without issues.

Actual Results

The attachment is added, but the following error appears on the top of the form:

You will still be able to create the ticket and the attachment will be added as well, despite the error being shown on the creation form:

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
