Issue Summary

An error message is received when attachment is loaded to an Issue

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click on Create Button 
2. Fill the details
3. Upload an attachment
4. Create Issue

Expected Results

The Ticket is created with the attachment

Actual Results

We see an error message on Create screen as shown in screenshot. The Ticket gets created with the attachment

No error is logged in the Ticket.
